8–25 user professional offices in Hamilton County

Law, accounting, insurance, and property management first — busy enough that nobody owns IT full-time. Already on EPB (or getting there), and tired of waiting on a distant support queue.

  • Law offices
  • Accounting & bookkeeping
  • Insurance agencies
  • Property management

Coverage: within about 30–40 minutes of Red Bank — Chattanooga, Red Bank, Hixson, East Ridge, East Brainerd / Gunbarrel, Ooltewah. Farther by arrangement.

Proactive. Predictable. Local.

Monitoring and patching so issues show up before your morning does. Flat per-user pricing in writing. When hardware needs hands, I drive from Red Bank — same person who scoped the plan.

One managed IT plan

One plan. Flat per user. Scope confirmed after assessment — then the monthly number stays put.

Managed IT

You call. I show up. The monthly number stays put.

Monitoring and patching, endpoint security, Microsoft 365 administration, backups with restore tests, unlimited remote helpdesk in coverage hours, local onsite when needed, and a quarterly review — written after assessment.

  • Workstation monitoring & patching
  • Endpoint security (EDR)
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Backups with calendar restore tests
  • Unlimited remote helpdesk in coverage hours
  • Local onsite when remote isn’t enough
  • Quarterly review

In the monthly number

  • Monitoring, patching, helpdesk, endpoint security
  • Microsoft 365 admin & restore-tested backups
  • Environment documentation

Quoted separately

  • Onboarding (one-time)
  • Projects (migrations, build-outs)
  • After-hours onsite emergencies
  • Hardware purchase & cabling

Exact tools are named in your written plan once licensed for your environment — RMM, EDR, backup, and Microsoft 365 security.

Flat per user — then fixed

One rate

$145 per user / month

Example: 12 users = $1,740 / month. Onboarding is a one-time quote after assessment. Start with a written 90-day pilot or month-to-month to prove fit; ongoing care is usually 12 months once that is clear.

  • Same flat rate for every managed seat — predictable. Projects (migrations, rebuilds) are scoped separately, not slipped into the monthly number.
  • Hardware, cabling, and after-hours onsite emergencies are quoted separately when needed.

Dave Wright · Wright IT Services, LLC

Dave Wright

Before coming home, I supported networks where there is no second tech down the hall. As LAN/WAN Support Specialist III (Rotational) for the North Slope Borough in Utqiagvik, Alaska (October 2023 – August 2026, two weeks on / two weeks off), I diagnosed and restored LAN/WAN and workstation issues across remote Arctic sites and outlying villages — high-stakes environments where downtime is not abstract.

Before that rotation: Data Communications Specialist for the State of Alaska (October 2022 – September 2023), designing and supporting enterprise LAN/WAN components across statewide government networks. Earlier on the Slope I served as LAN/WAN Support Specialist II (January 2022 – September 2022).

I grew up in Chattanooga and I’m building Wright IT Services, LLC from Red Bank for Hamilton County professional offices — you work with me, not a queue. Education: Red Bank High School; Chattanooga State A.A.S. Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Automated Controls); MTSU B.S. Computer Information Systems (minors Electronics, Engineering Technology). CJIS Level 4 Security Awareness (expires Dec 2026).

From Red Bank I can be on Market Street or Gunbarrel the same afternoon when the job needs hands.

Straight answers

How much does managed IT cost?
One flat per-user monthly rate is published in Pricing on this page. Onboarding is a one-time quote after assessment. You can start with a written 90-day pilot or month-to-month to prove fit; ongoing care is usually a 12-month term once that is clear.
What’s a user?
Typically a person with a supported device and mailbox. Shared devices, servers, and network equipment are defined in the proposal so counting is explicit.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
Standard coverage is business hours, Eastern, Monday–Friday. After-hours emergency response can be defined in writing for clients who need that path.
How fast can you be onsite?
For critical issues during coverage hours, the goal is measured in hours across Chattanooga — not “next week.” Exact targets are written into the agreement.
What happens when you’re already onsite elsewhere or sick?
Remote-first triage comes first. A documented after-hours emergency path is written into the agreement, with priority rules when already onsite at another client. Reciprocal coverage with another local practitioner is being arranged so a named backup can be put in the agreement — until that is signed, capacity limits for a solo practice are stated clearly rather than marketed as a multi-technician NOC.
How are you different from larger local MSPs?
You work with a named owner — Dave Wright — not a rotating support queue. Onsite for Chattanooga critical issues is measured in hours, not days. Coverage hours are stated honestly (business hours Eastern, with a written after-hours path when needed) rather than a claimed always-on NOC. A flat per-user monthly rate is published; scope is confirmed after assessment. Right-sized for roughly 8–25 user professional offices in Hamilton County with no full-time IT on staff.
Do I need a long-term contract?
To de-risk the start, Wright IT offers a written 90-day pilot or month-to-month engagement to prove fit first. Once fit is clear, ongoing managed care is usually a 12-month term — details in the written agreement.
What size business do you work with?
Professional offices with about 8–25 users in Hamilton County — law, accounting, insurance, property management — without a full-time IT person.
Is this only remote?
Remote-first for speed; local onsite when the job needs hands on hardware.
