Privacy

This site is operated by Wright IT Services, LLC for Chattanooga-area managed IT.

What we collect

We use Google Analytics 4, Cloudflare Web Analytics, and a first-party visit log on our Cloudflare account to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, IP address, approximate location, device/browser, referrer, scroll depth, time on page, section views, form start/submit/abandon, outbound clicks, and clicks on call-to-action links (such as Call and Request assessment). Google Analytics anonymizes IP where supported; the first-party log stores the connecting IP for security and traffic analysis. We do not sell personal information.

Assessment form

If you submit the assessment request form, the details you enter (name, business, email, phone, user range, and what’s hurting) are sent by email so Wright IT Services, LLC can follow up. Submissions are processed by FormSubmit (with captcha) as interim form plumbing — FormSubmit delivers to the operator Outlook inbox. Your email may be used as the Reply-To address so we can respond directly.

Domain mail: Public addresses hello@wrightitservices.com and dave@wrightitservices.com are live. Mail to those addresses is received via Porkbun forwarding to the operator Outlook inbox. FormSubmit→Outlook is only the website form’s delivery path — not the public mail story. Do not include PHI, sensitive health, financial, or password information in the form. Prefer phone at (423) 281-0142 for anything sensitive.

Retention

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics and Cloudflare defaults (typically measured in months). Assessment-form emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and qualify the conversation, then deleted from the active inbox unless we engage as a client.

Deletion requests

Email hello@wrightitservices.com or call (423) 281-0142 to request deletion of form submissions or marketing analytics identifiers we control. Client systems and tenant data are handled under a separate written agreement if we engage — never through the website form.
